Discover the perfect family retreat at Dog Daze of Summer, an upscale model home located in the peaceful Monteray Shores section of Corolla.

This 1880 sq. ft. house is designed for the modern family:
-3 Bedrooms
-2 Full Bathrooms, 2 Half Bathrooms
-Sleeps 10
(1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunkbed w/trundle, 1 Sleeper Sofa)

This beautiful home offers a private pool, Spacious pool deck, & Propane grill. Escape to the balcony with your favorite glass of wine for some peace and quiet, or cozy gas fireplace in the cooler months.

Ground level offers:
-Bedroom w/ Queen bed,
-2nd Bedroom w/ pyramid bunk & trundle allowing for 4 to sleep,
-3rd Room/den has a sleeper sofa.
This floor has one bathroom as well as a washer & dryer for use during your stay.

2nd Level: On the top level you are greeted with a spacious living
-Kitchen equipped w/ modern stainless steel appliances
-Dining area and bar area with seating for all to enjoy w/ half bath nearby
-Master King bedroom w/ ensuite Bath

Monteray Shores Community Amenities Include: The only sound front boat launch ramp in Corolla, Sound front Pier swim, crab, or fish on the Currituck sound; A gazebo to admire the amazing waterfront sunsets; a Boat ramp to launch small craft, jet skis, kayaks, SUP, etc. large outdoor pool(seasonal), fitness center, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a playground. Many paths surround for biking or walking.

The house was just the right size for our family of five who like their own space. The pool was great to splash around in and cool down. This was our first time in NC and we really enjoyed the local history and culture and food and sites!
