"Very clean, new and just like the photos show. Despite other rental units being on the property it still felt very private and quiet. Close proximity to trails and Sedona. Was a nice retreat after the business of Sedona town. Hot tub and Sauna great after hikes!"

"My wife and I stayed 5 nights at the Dark Sky ranch house, and loved our entire time there. My wife had a birthday while we were there. It is really close to Cottonwood, and Sedona. The sights around Sedona are amazing to say the least. The House was very clean, Hot tub was great after our hikes. Great location, 2 hours from Phoenix, 30 minutes from Sedona and 20 from Cottonwood. We will definitely be back to this place. Jeff"
