We arrived late at night and the owner himself was there to welcome us, and greeted us by name, that small gesture set the tone for the whole stay. He also upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Alpine mountains, which was such a nice surprise. Waking up to that every morning never got old! The food was really delicious, with breakfast being our favorite. Our son had an absolute blast with the playground and the little farm on the property, chickens, hens, goats, It's one of those places that just feels special. Highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere with real character and genuine hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

The room had the worse lighting and no AC. We changed 3 rooms as the rooms were burning. Finally the third room had a fan that we used

Unforgettable stay. The hotel was extremely pretty in a vintage way, reminds me of We Anderson aesthetics :) Room was classy and well-maintained despite being able to tell it’s been around for a while. Not hot even without AC. The balcony was the prettiest of all!!!! Food was just as enjoyable. Dinner was €35pp, a good 4-course deal. Breakfast omelette was simply lovely, almost ordered every day loll

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!
