Sleek, stylish, and newly constructed, Villa Helios offers contemporary luxury in an enviable location. Just a five-minute drive brings you to the vibrant resort of Barbati, with its sweeping white-pebble beach, crystal-clear waters, and excellent selection of restaurants and laid-back beach bars.

Designed with modern open-plan living in mind, the villa features expansive sliding glass doors that open onto a vast veranda, perfectly framing the panoramic views. The villa offers five bedrooms, three of which enjoy their own contemporary shower rooms and overlook the tranquil olive groves to the rear, with glimpses down to the sea. (Please note: one twin bedroom is located at semi-basement level and does not have a view.)

Villa was fantastic as seen on marketing photos.Arrival was not good key pad code to access keys was incorrect tried calling contact number for "concierge" no reply Ended up taxi driver linked to Prestige villas contacted someone and got correct access code 10.30 evening. Very clean with exception of the composite decking beside the pool, on walking over it feet were as black as soot this carried into the house and the pool, makes for hard work for the cleaner.Ordered cars through prestige one to be delivered to villa at 10am was informed at time of booking time not guaranteed but would be TBC/AM car arrived 3PM "concierge unable to help resolve.Issues aside we had a fantastic family holiday and we got to catch up with many of our greek friends around the island. The villa is fantastic.
