Wir haben uns das Haus ausgesucht und gebucht. Für uns war von vorne klar, dass es keine 5 Sterne Hotel ist und keine Luxus erwartet. Die Wohnung war sehr spartanisch und rustikal eingerichtet, aber war auch nicht so schlimm. Wir fanden ziemlich unprofessionell und respektlos die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber des Hauses. Als zusatz Vermerk haben wir eingegeben, dass unser Sohn eine bronchiale Asthma hat und die Wohnung soll schön hell und ohne Schimmel zu sein. Wir haben eine EG dunkle Wohnung bekommen mit einem Bad voller Schimmel bekommen und in einem Schlafzimmer hat sich den Putz von der Wand gelöst, weil da voller Feuchtigkeit war. Was war zum Thema Kundenorientiert. Der Kühlschrank war total vereist, offensichtlich wurde dieses Jahr nicht getaut. Alle Geräte in der Küche wurden in einer Steckdose durch einen Verteiler eingesteckt ( Brandgefahr). Ab und zu kamen zum Haus Reinigungskräfte um die schon freien Wohnungen zu putzen. An einem Tag habe ich zu viel bekommen. Eine Putzfrau hat ihren Rucksack auf unsen Tisch auf unserer Terrasse ohne zu fragen abgestellt und hat ihren Angaben aufgenommen. Ein paar Minuten später hat die von der 1.OG auf unseren Terassenbereich komplette Bettwäsche von einer Wohnung runter geworfen, da haben wir aktuell unsere Tasse Kaffee getrunken. Einzige positive war, dass das Haus in einer neben Straße/Gasse von der Hauptstraße war. Das konnte man ganz schnell und unkompliziert alle Läden erreichen.
