Property is well maintained, very comfortable beds, and cleaned regularly. Pool is fine and about 10 mins walk to Messonghi beach and 15 mins to the better Moraitika beach. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Only other in room amenities were fridge and kettle with no kitchenette. All in all good value option.

Just what i needed

Just what i need for my break away. Close you both beaches and shops etc. Nice hosts and lovely cleaner. The kitchen maybe could do with mircowave. Other then that it was fine.

Well situated for both Moratika and Messonghi

Clean apartments, well situated just off the main road. Cooking facilities limited (kettle and hob unit only) but enough to make breakfast. Well maintained grounds and pool. Bathroom might be a little tight for some people. Hot water available 24/7. Bus stop on the B7 line to Corfu town right outside the property, large supermarket a five minute walk. Moratika beach (which is the better of the two beaches) 15 minute walk. plentry of bars and tavernas close by.

The first impression on arrival was absolutely terrible. The man on reception was rude and obnoxious. The name 'Basil Fawlty' comes to mind. Not even exaggerating! This man should be hidden away somewhere, not on any reception desk anywhere. Other people that I spoke to in the pool mentioned a similar experience to me. Unfortunately this first impression stayed with me for the rest of my stay which is a great pity because the owner himself was a friendly man and always around to answer questions. Although when I mentioned my experience at reception to him he was not really interested as this man on reception turned out to be his son which of course I did not know but which did not make my experience any less true. The room was basic but I knew that beforehand so that was not an issue. What I did love was the swimming pool and the area with lots of flowers around it. That is where I spent most of my time and I enjoyed that. If not for my bad experience on arrival it would have been a much better holiday for me.

Very expensive for the conditions that they offer. The studio we were accommodated in, looks like nobody made any update since 1950. Very, very old furniture, scratched, broken, dirty walls, bathroom, etc. Moreover, we had aunts in the kitchen and bathroom, the balcony doors were broken, mosquito net was broken and the air conditioning set at 25 degrees which in some days was not enough to cool the room. The only good thing was the swimming pool but they would only clean it once in 2 or 3 days. Never again, in my life, in this place!

We liked the quiet relaxed peaceful atmosphere. It was very homely and safe. Leon and his family showed us wonderful kindness and was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here during our next visit to corfu 🙂
