The staff are not helpful at all, people have to self-serve for the luggage for a $500/night
the bathroom is very small, the shower is not clean and the mat in the shower was so gross that my husband had to wear slippers to shower, my daughter and I rather skipped shower even though we were so smelly and sticky from sightseeing
the weather in Venice is still so hot (93 degrees)
the breakfast is pretty much continental breakfast with no hot food at all and the dining room is very small, no window and can only accommodate 8 people at a time

The aircon stopped working and the staff were waiting for an engineer to arrive. It appears to be an old system.
It was a flight of stairs up to the reception. There was a wheelchair stair lift but we couldn’t use that for our luggage so we had to lug it upstairs.
Overall we were happy with our choice of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent.

"I b ooked this hotel tohave a safe parking place for my car and get with the bus to Verona downtown. I did book the bus 24 hours in advance during the customer service website of the hotel. When I arrived they said they didn`t get anything and the bus is not going. The only bus going is in the evening ..."
