L’Île-Rousse ligt op slechts een kwartiertje rijden: een levendig stadje met gezellige restaurants en leuke strandtenten. "The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. It has however been neglected and was not clean to our standards. Well equipped kitchen but cupboards were upside down and dishes had to be clean before use. Beds were comfortable however, only one sheet and one towel was supplied (with add cost) to make the bed. We, however, had a great time. Sunsets are amazing and the surrounding were amazingly quiet."

"We loved our stay in Villa Vitellu. The location was perfect with views of the mountains, the sea and the old village of Monticello. Although it was reasonably close to the main coast road, there was no noticeable traffic noise. "We had a fabulous week in the house - great location with ideal proximity to quiet beach and wonderful views. House equipped with everything you could need and extremely comfortable. We particularly appreciated the contact and warm welcome offered by Sophie who generously accommodated our arrival/departure times. Would definitely be keen to return in the future. Only suggestion for improvement would be if the damage deposit could be arranged through VRBO rather than as cash deposit but otherwise...

"This is a 4 Star View with 1 Star service! They actually charged me $3 for 5 ice cubes. They made you buy coffee for your room after the second day. And 3 staff at the front desk were quite hostile when I asked if could have use of the fridge rather than it being packed with booze. It was gorgeous for the stunning view of the Citadel and the sea, but petty and grumpy staff. Hopefully Nida finds work in something other than service and then would love to return!"
