"i called yesterday to check in over the. phone , they didnt let me check in over the phone a rude man said, the faucet of bathroom was leaking, no water in toilet tank, had to fix it ? And a stupid cleaner girl knock at the door 4 times at 9am, WE WERE SLEEPING …… worst hotel ever"

"From the moment I walk in hotel had a bad smell down stairs goes upstairs to my room a even more terrible smell and it just get worse the refrigerator smell bad the microwave smell bad I went downstairs to complain and the guy at the front desk stated he knows but there's a no refund policy please book else where I had to leave immediately I didn't even stay the night smell was too awful "
