"Location is fantastic to downtown Roanoke and the building has a wonderful historic atmosphere. Rooms are very large as are bathrooms. Small boutique hotel with a lovely vibe. Appreciate the locked foyer after hours as a safety feature. Reason for low cleaning rating was toenail clippings were next to the bed and easily visible so no reason for inadequate vacuuming. Remainder of room appeared clean"
