We are sorry to hear you didn't like the elevator. We really tried our best in adapting this hostel and at the same time stay true to the spirit of that part of the town. We are pleased that you appreciated our central location, within walking distance of several tourist attractions and also transport options which provide easy access to the whole city Unfortunately, we do not have a kitchen, but that's why we offer a breakfast buffet and there are pizzas, paninis, salats can be ordered any time in the day instead so you can dine and meet new people at the same time. Dear guest, thank you for your detailed feedback. Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our hostel. We are a little party hostel and do tell people that there will be music until late on certain nights of the week - we normally have one late party a month which people come to stay with us to attend. We appreciate you only booked to sleep and not to enjoy our hostel activities and community, and apologise that it was not your expectations. As for the kitchen - Unfortunately, we do not have a kitchen, but that's why we offer breakfast and shared dinner instead so you can dine and meet new people at the same time. Copenhagen is a fantastic place to explore and ponder about - and if you want to save money our cheap dinner is plus! We hope to be able to welcome you back another time! Take care and regards.
