"We loved our stay at Tivoli, we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and my children loved their time in the spa. My only slight frustration was with the lifts so we used the stairs."

"The location was great. We stayed twice. First was two nights when the TV did not work but as maintenance staff do not work weekends, no one cared. Breakfest was cold/empty shelf.
