We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. 「We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. 」
