"The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. They have most comfortable bed & bedding. The mattress is so comfortable & the sheets are very soft and thick. The bath towels are super thick & soft, too. They provided us with shampoo, conditioner, bath soap & lotion, as well as glass drinking glasses & coffee mugs, in addition to paper to-go coffee cups. The front desk staff is awesome. I was concerned about the high deposit, but they waived charging it because I assured them I'm a great customer who would never destroy their property, plus I had called a couple of times a few days before our stay and told them I chose their hotel solely because of all the great reviews they have online. I will stay at Cascades every time I'm in Bloomington from now on. They even had a live band in the lounge/restaurant.

"We did have a small rust looking spot in the tub but whatever. We definitely preferred being on the top floor because we could actually get some sleep without hearing what sounded like a heard running above us! "
