We stayed here with 3 families. We brought kayaks and lilos for the lake. We had a great time. There was plenty of space outside for the kids to play on the grass (cricket, frisbee etc), as well as DVDs, books and board games inside. There were several different eating areas, so the adults and kids didn't all have to squeeze around the one table. There were plenty of different bedrooms (3 quite large ones and 3 smaller ones).
The kitchen was large and had basic equipment. There was one oven tray, some saucepans, a rice-cooker and colanders (we were glad we brought extra baking trays, a slow-cooker and a blender). There was no glad-wrap or alfoil. Next time, I would bring extra cutlery, as we kept running out.
The suburb was extremely quiet - make sure you pack everything you need, as it was 40 minute drive to the bigger supermarkets at Forster (although there was a general store nearby).
The house was on tank water, so we were advised to bring drinking water and limit the length of showers etc. We had no problems.
I would thoroughly recommend this property to larger groups wanting a quiet place to relax together.
