2200 square foot well kept home in quiet neighborhood on full 1/2 acre lot... within 8 minutes to Lake Vermilion access. Enjoy the cool summer weather of Northern Minnesota. Average high temps: June=73 F, July=78 F, August= 75 F.

4 bedrooms, 2 bath, full custom kitchen, WiFi, central air, deck and grill. 8 minutes to Lake Vermilion, 16 minutes to Pelican Lake...45 minutes to Voyageur National Park. Short bike ride in quiet town to local grocery store.

Comfy and cozy
The house is spacious with multiple bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. It was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The host was very gracious and helpful. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Tom!

Super Spacious!
This house has tons of sleeping room for big families and is very clean! It also has everything you need to cook and clean with. We were very pleased with our stay at this nice cozy home!

Cozy and Clean
The stay at this property was very very nice. The home was very clean and in an area where it was assessable to the area lakes and restaurants. The surroundings offered a safe and quiet stay. The shops in the area were so much fun and there was a flea market in town so it was extra special. The host was always easy to correspond with and allowed us to check in little early so we could get started on our cousins weekend get together. I would recommend this vrbo and the area for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Great house lots of room
Three friends stayed at this house. We each had our own bedroom with room for more people! All the beds were comfortable. Large living room and kitchen. Another living area in basement that we did not use. We did use the washer and dryer and the internet all worked perfectly! We were able to easily control the temperature of the house which was great because we went from needing air conditioning to needing heat. Overall a great house and great location with lots of room for more people than we had in our group! We would stay here again!

Welcoming
The home was clean, bright, welcoming, and fit the exact needs for our trip. It was excellent to have the sleeping space downstairs for the father-son duo and the separation for other adults upstairs. I would absolutely recommend this property. Tom was very easy to contact and work with.

Pleasant surprise and excellent stay
We had no issues with this property. The location is very ‘small town’ but quiet and private. Convenient and central to the places we chose to visit.
