The beds were horrible, the first room the fan squealed, the drain plug was broken in the second. Drywall was cracking, the entire 3rd floor smells like smoke though many of the rooms are non smoking, if the rooms smell like smoke you should be allowed to smoke in them. No late checkouts, and they sure do rush you out! I had an alarm set to give us half an hour to get packed, as we had just checked in not 8 hours before checkout, and they called almost an hour before checkout, then knocked on the door half an hour before, and again 15 minutes before checkout. Very much unimpressed. The owners are too cheap to even maintain the pool, and closed it instead of taking care of it.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused, but it's a standard practice during off-season periods.Regarding the other issues you mentioned, we apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the beds, rooms, and the lingering smell of smoke on the third floor. We'll certainly look into these matters, though we must emphasize that smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms, regardless of any scent residue. Please keep in mind certain rooms on the third-floor are smoking rooms therefore, there may be small present outside of their room if they are opening and closing doors. This is bound to happen as this is a hotel. As for the checkout process, we aim to adhere to our policies, including timely departures, to accommodate incoming guests. We understand this may have felt rushed, and we apologize if it inconvenienced you.Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll use it to improve our services. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide a more satisfactory experience in the future.

I wasn’t terribly dirty but it was run down. It was beaten up and holes and I couldn’t even stay the whole time. I left early. So hotel owners a little information of smoke and heat. Smoke and heat both rise. So when you place all of you smoking rooms on the first floor the smoke rises up to the second and third floors. Also when you have non smoking rooms you should also enforce the no smoking in those rooms. When I was loading and un loading my vehicle because I had a pageant to do I had ten bags between everything. So to put in the room and go to do makeup then to go to page at I passed the front desk 15-20 times and I only saw someone twice. Once when I checked in and once when I was leaving at 3 in the morning because I couldn’t stand the smoke and my headache anymore. I would not stay at this hotel. Also the toilets are kids toilets that they use in preschools. Very cheap remodel.

I usually don’t complain about hotels especially cheap ones because when you have to stay somewhere you have to stay, but I couldn’t even shower in the shower, poop stains in the actual shower, almost made me throw up, ended up just using the bed even tho I was worried about that being dirty too. Not a good stay. Wet floors when I walked in as well

It was terrible! The pet friendly rooms are on the third floor which is also the smoking floor! My pillow was stinking of old cigarettes! The room had several dog pee spots and the little tray under the ice bucket had cigarettes stains and burnt on it! It was a horrible experience!

The check in was amazing. Even though I reserved through a third party, the desk clerk was able to find, validate and complete my reservation and check in process in 2 minutes. Wonderful. Although I was unable to use it, the facility shares a parking area with a Starbucks!

Basic room. Well used but clean enough. Expedia changed way too much for what I got. No breakfast or even shampoo in the shower. But, the bed was comfortable, water hot and decent water pressure. Starbucks and other places to eat are close. Close to I40

Everything seems to be broken and needing repair the fitness center is closed, the laundry is not working. The elevator doesn't quite stop at the level of the deck. the rooms are good but need a deep clean. The staff is wonderful. Will be staying there just the same

Hi Phillip! Thank you for the review and feedback. Our fitness room is indeed under maintenance. Due to safety for everyone we have decided to close the fitness room temporarily. The elevator is working as designed. All inspections reports are current and up to standards. The guest laundry is indeed operational. The only item not working is the laundry soap dispenser. As an alternate method of purchasing, we have to laundry soap available for purchase at the front desk as the flyer indicated. We appreciate you feedbacks me look forward to seeing you again soon

Close to I40, close to shopping and restaurants. Clean everywhere and the staff was nice and helpful. Like all Motel 6s I've been in lately some accommodations were out if order.
