The hotel itself is very good, very clean and reasonable. The service is pretty poor, you have to asked to be served a drink etc. The “high street” itself is run down… areas like Margaux are beautiful

Ideal for surfing beaches -'Location' is key
With 7 members of the party keen to surf every day, this was an ideal location - 10 mins drive from Gurp beach (with a small parade of cafes and restaurants just beyond the campsite). Vivien was super easy and very helpful to chat with...my kids and myself really loved the house..it sits in such a peaceful and beautiful spot...we loved having the pool to jump into on the times we spent hanging around the house...absolutely a lovely experience visiting this part of france.
