"This home was perfect for my family of 6. The location is a great base between Penzance on the West Coast and Newquay up North (both around 50 minutes away by car). There is a beautiful quiet beach close by (4 minute drive). The home itself had absolutely everything you would need for your stay apart from toothbrushes and toothpaste that you'd expect to bring yourself anyway. Everything was top quality and luxurious. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. "Excellent location with nice outdoor seating to have a drink before a walk to bars and restaurants at the other end of Fistral beach. All staff were very customer focussed and breakfast was plentiful and amazing quality. Decent spa facilities. A very minor downside was the on-site car parking which was very tight and as a result you are best placed to park on the road. Highly recommend and would book again."

Staff were generally welcoming and helpful but there could have been a few more on duty at breakfast as noone came to offer us tea or coffee."
