Awesome place! My family was coming in from across the country for a wedding @ TownHall Texas. This property was close to venue and provided everything we needed. The communication was too notch. This was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday with he and his buddies. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked, there were so many games and spaces to hang out and plenty of sleeping space. The owner was so kind in checking on us. We would absolutely go back and take extended family for a holiday gathering.

This property is very roomy, and comfortable if you have a large group. Plenty of conversation and game play areas. The exterior garden needs some work due to recent freeze, but the inside was very clean and organized.

Would definitely recommend this home! It was great for our group of 6. Plenty of space and things to do at the home (pool table, foosball, games, etc.). The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. Plenty of hot water and a fully stocked kitchen. Neighborhood is beautiful and very close to shopping and restaurants. Cassandra was very responsive and awesome to work with!

We could not have asked for a nicer stay! The home is exactly as described. Check in was super easy. Home is equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Kitchen extremely well stocked. Beds very comfortable! Host was extremely easy to work with and very attentive! Close proximity to Woodlands Convention Center, Pavillion, Mall, and any number of other local attractions you may be seeking. Well established quiet neighborhood! HIGHLY recommend!!

Great location for our 6-person bachelor party. Pool table was nice. Good kitchen for cooking. 2 tvs in the living room to put sports on. (3 tvs if you consider that the fireplace was the tv of the olden days). Easy to get to from 45. Check-in was really simple. Would recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The home was beautiful and very spacious just like the pictures show online. It was very clean and had a very pleasant scent throughout the home upon our arrival. The homeowner also kept in touch with me throughout our stay to make sure my family and I had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great week at this property. It had plenty of space to gather or spread out; the small details covered (soap, linens, dish ware, COFFEE); and the communication and service was top notch. I absolutely loved this vacation spot. Its family friendly including pet friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future, as well as refer more family an friends to stay here. Definitely 5 stars for the memories we made staying here 😊!

Upon arrival after our check-in time, the house was still being cleaned. We had to wait for an hour for it to be done. Apparently, the guests that had stayed before us had been some party animals and left the house extremely messy and required cleaning crew to work longer. I appreciate that the cleaning crew worked longer to get this place clean... unfortunately, it wasn’t thorough enough. Throughout the trip, we were finding items in the furniture, hidden around the house, Cards and game pieces everywhere, bottle caps and trash in places, and our mom ended up cleaning up all the trash in the yard that they left behind from the partiers... Also, any time someone took off their shoes, their feet would be black from walking around on the floor. For such a HIGH cleaning fee, I would have liked it to be done before we got there and in much better condition. Kinda of gyp there. We absolutely loved the layout of the house and it was very spacious and unique. It allowed for our family to enjoy ourselves quite comfortably. And it was in a great location. Amenities.... the pool table was missing a pool ball which was a bummer. The games that were supplied were jumbled and some boxes would be empty or we would find a lot of pieces in other games. But unfortunately, most the games were incomplete.
