La habitación está súper bien, la cama es muy cómoda y el baño es amplio. Limpieza excelente, todos los días nos han limpiado la habitación y hecho la cama. Y el personal de recepción super amable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la playa está a 7 min andando, los supermercados a unos 10, y los pubs y discotecas lo mismo, 5-6 min andando.

Imposible dormir a causa del calor. No podíamos poner el aire acondicionado porque era casi tan ruidoso como una aspiradora. Denunciado el problema a la recepción de la habitación, la respuesta fue que nadie se había quejado y que probaremos con los mandos. Una verdadera decepción el hostal.

Decepcionante experiencia

Hostal nuevo con buena ubicación y limpieza. Hasta ahí todo bien, la decepción llegó cuando al hacer el check in, vimos que la habitación que nos había tocado con ventana al exterior estaba por debajo del nivel de la acera (un tipo subsótano), lo que era bastante agobiante. Por otro lado nos tocó una habitación “adaptada” en la cual la ducha del baño eran unos paneles de plástico que no estaban bien sellados y estaba todo el día el suelo mojado y si estaba cerrada la ducha no podías ni sentarte en el wc… pero era solo adaptada a la hora del baño dado que la ventana estaba a una altura de 1,6 mínimo para abrirla y lo mismo para el armario. En el momento del check in se lo comunicamos a la recepcionista y nos dijeron que no había más habitaciones disponibles pero siguieron haciendo check in ese mismo día y al día siguiente. Seguimos esperando una respuesta por parte del gerente días después… Estos detalles de la habitación no estaban indicados en la reserva y ni hotels.com ni el hostal la mina han sabido dar una solución.

Good but service needs improving

Chosen because there's plenty of free parking nearby. Ground floor room gloomy with high window, and sparse, but very clean, quiet and comfortable, with large bathroom. Owner was not there when I arrived, door was locked, but turned up soon after. Offered no information apart from giving me my key.

Love the sun terrace, but the bar isn't finished yet. Building itself is open with lots of light. Recently decoratively so feels modern too. We were allocated a disabled access room on the ground floor which was simple and clean but basic and functional (nothing special which is fine). However, our bathroom (and therefore room) had a really bad drain smell. Typically I would simply let the hotel staff know this to give them a chance to resolve the problem but they were never around. In our check-in and check-out experience I think the staff member said a handful of words to us (even though we speak intermediate level Spanish). He didn't mention when check-out was or even tell us that there is a sun terrace and a place to hang wet swimsuits and towels etc. I wouldn't not recommend this place, I think it has a lot of potential but think we didn't have the best experience we could have. Last thing - please please please don't use unnecessary plastic cups in the bathrooms etc.
