"Overall the staff was great, except the blonde lady where they send you to pick up the parking permit, unfortunately she was bossy, pushy and un polite, at least she was with us, just because we weren’t interested in a timeshare presentation. The rest of the crew was fantastic, especially the guy at the front desk and the kid taking care of the customers at the beach. The hotel location is amazing. They are renovating the outdoor pool, which should be operating in fall"

"We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We had business nearby so booked last minute for a day at the beach. The room was very clean, and smelled very clean, when we arrived. The beds were comfy, and the rainfall shower was heavenly. The front desk staff was a bit reserved but very easy to work with. Parking was easy and convenient. Our only complaint is that the pool water was pretty gross, but it was February so they probably hadn’t officially opened it for the season yet. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We tried to book a room for 4 nights but were told they were sold out for Saturday night, we asked again about extending our stay when we checked in and were told by 2 different employees that they were booked up. Asked about a waiting list and were told that no one would cancel this late. So we looked else where, but saw on Friday that they now had tooms for almost 800 a night. Went and asked about a room at front desk and got to run around about the price and that magically they had rooms. We waited to book and on Saturday morning they magically had rooms for about $275. We feel that they were just trying to scam people. Otherwise a very nice place to stay. "

"Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of this motel. The room and grounds were poorly maintained, the furniture looked like it was picked up off the street, and the pillows had stains. The beds were full of sand and clearly not cleaned properly. Walls are paper-thin — you can hear everything. Breakfast was just a jug of juice and some muffins. Definitely not worth the stay."

"Had a problem with the key working to open door. Called and were not able to get help from property manager. No one at property. Had to leave a day early to avoid being unable to get back into room after dinner...no refund and lack to concern over delima"

"Was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room (smelled like Clorox). I didn’t even spray every nook and cranny with disinfectant as is my usual habit (ha ha). Seriously the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Even the remote had been sanitized and sealed. View is amazing and we enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub each night. Staff was very helpful. "
