「Incredible location and view of the river. Easy walk to shops and pubs and then to Doorly park as well. The room was clean and comfortable, although we learned that we shouldn't keep the window open at night due to wildlife along the river, so the room got pretty hot. (But this has been an uncommonly hot summer, and a fan was provided.) I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again.」

「All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough.」

「鉄道駅から徒歩８分です。なお駅前バスステーション発458番Ballina行きはすぐ近くに止まりますので便利。スタッフは真面目で親切。朝食は若干品数が少ないが美味しいです。設備は一流で快適。夏でもタオルドライヤが使えるのが嬉しい。冷蔵庫が欲しいね。ただ団体がチェックインするとエレベータ渋滞します。スタッフの客さばきが懇切丁寧すぎるかな？　　」
