"There was no exterior lighting at all and at night we had to use a flashlight on my phone to get from the car to the front door. The light at the entrance was out, it is old an appeared like it hadn't been touched in years. All the locks on doors were very difficult to operate. We actually left the front door unlocked on accident due to the difficulty of operating the lock.
