"First of all I want to mention the front desk receptionists and staff for their support when I asked them for help with luggage and to check in early because of my health issues. Karina( receptionist) told me that she would try to get me to the room as soon as the room would be available and eventually she got us room booked 2 hours earlier than usual check in time. The bell desk, Jeffrey went extra mile to help us with the luggage and setting up the temperature on the AC/ unit! Overall the room was good but it wasn’t worthy of $500 per night in my opinion. The staff and human compassion is everything to me and that is why I give Excellent rating to this property. Also location is fantastic and I don’t know if you can find anything better. It turned out Boston is a little more expensive than LA. Adjacent Italian restaurant was good but not great."

"The room was clean and well kept overall. The only concern was the iPad stand, which was dirty and left residue when placed on the couch. The spa was gorgeous, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and especially helpful when I misplaced my keys."

"My husband and I loved our stay!!! Our room view was awesome every night and morning! You could also sit outside by the harbor and enjoy a walk with the stunning view! My husband called ahead for our anniversary and they did this beautiful presentation on the bed! The bed was comfortable, loved the bathroom lighting. The clam chowder was so lovely. The closeness to the airport was a plus with the shuttle and you didn’t hear any airplane noise inside. We used the shuttle for the train station as well and all of our shuttle drivers were a delight. A special shoutout to CHAD!!!! Chad is the man!! Hotel provided water as well."
