Included breakfast was not great. The exterior of the hotel is quite dingy, but the room itself is beautiful and modern. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly.

Exceptionally friendly and prompt service stands out. The hotel layout and architecture was well thought out and efficient - for example rarely had to wait more than 1 minute for an elevator to arrive (most were in the 5- 20 second range). Finished surfaces and furnishings are elegant. The in house restaurants and coffee bar are beyond compare.
