"The property was, mainly, good but it lacked some things that we would have normally expected. For example.. there was only a small amount of toilet paper, no space to put hot items from the oven, no placemats to protect the plastic table cloth, tea towels and kitchen towels would have been useful as we paid extra for linen and towels, no change of bedding and towels during a two week stay, functioning kitchen scissors would have helped. Bottom shelf in wardrobe has one of its support brackets...

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au centre ville à proximité des commerces et de ville close. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, doté d'une terrasse ensoleillée et d'un emplacement de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable vu la difficulté de trouver une place dans Concarneau. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec une gentille attention."

"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

The apartment building is of traditional type and decoration. It is in a very good position overlooking the harbour and area. "Flat was ideal for us. Opposite a lovely beach and cafes and restaurants nearby. Half an hour walk to town centre or 5 minute drive. Flat was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. Agents were very helpful. Be aware though you need to book and pay for linen and towels. Luckily I had taken tea towels and dishcloths as there were none provided. Otherwise no complaints!"

"Amazing stay, very comfy and spa is fab. WiFi not brilliant even though it shows good connection on my phone, it doesn't load well at all and I ended giving up. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice including scrambled eggs bacon and sausages. Will definitely be back"
