「Room was dirty (drawers, bed frame, bathroom cabinets, tub, etc.) Lots of stains on towels, bathroom ceiling (couldn’t tell if it was mold). Blanket on bed was dirty and saw multiple bugs in room. Room had an odd odor. Door was hard to open and shut. Would never stay here again.」
