Bright and cozy apartment a few steps from Como Cathedral and the train station.



Located on the third floor of a building accessible with an elevator, the apartment opens onto a hallway leading to the different rooms. First, guests will find the bright living room with access to the balcony with a beautiful view, furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The lakeside promenade with several 18th century villas and the Tempio Voltiano are some of the main highlights of the territory. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. Among the most famous are Villa Olmo, a fine example of neoclassical architecture and home to important exhibitions, and "La Rotonda", a 18th century villa and seat of the Provincial Administration. Near the lakeside promenade, travelers can find the main square of the city, dominated by the Broletto (the ancient city-hall built in 1215). The square also boasts the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art.
