"Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again"

"The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was that there were holes in the fabric of the couch….ouch…..the rest of the room was ok. It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff & in a good area close to Prahran. The thing that really annoyed me was when I made another booking & made a mistake with the dates…. The hotel refused to give me a refund for a cancelled booking even though I had made another booking for a week later…. This is unacceptable to me…so “hasta la vista baby” to this hotel after this!"

"10/10 You will have a FAB STAY HERE if you decide to choose this place! It is super modern and great location ! Rooms are very crisp & clean ! Lovely space in the lobby with great vibes. Can sit down there & have a drink with a friend or solo, or do some work on your laptop, having such friendly staff there also helps ! They really are so kind and approachable, always happy to help ! You really can’t go wrong, the only thing I’d say to be aware of is if you need housekeeping to do towels/bins , all good but they can miss your room, so just give reception a call by 16;00 if they haven’t done it, they missed mine 2 of the days even though I had the correct sign on the door. The one time I got lucky calling reception and they came to finish it, but the other day they’d already gone home. But everything there in general is just amazing, its exactly like the pictures. A great mix of every age group, solo & group travellers. You can walk everywhere if you need to but there is public transport close by if you prefer ! Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again ! :)"

"Short walk to South Yarra train station with frequent trains to the city. Use the City Loop train service for convenient connections to southern Cross train and bus station where airport buses and interstate or regional trains arrive. There are lifts if you have heavy luggage, but they may take a bit to find at first. The hotel is highrise and very modern and clean and well equipped. We shopped for breakfast supplies at the local Coles grocery store about 500m away. Great location with lots of nice restaurants a short walk away on Toorak road west of the train station. A really good experience!"
