## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the studio has a living area with sofa bed and several storage units, a functional kitchen equipped with a dining area and a clean bathroom. It also has a BALCONY where you can enjoy an exceptional view of nature.

Household linen is not included but can be rented. The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you.
The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
A ski rental store and a supermarket, Le Petit Casino, are only a 7 minute drive from the apartment!

During your stay, don't miss to visit: the Saint-Nicolas Church of Combloux, the Tourist Office are both at 5 min by car, the Château des Rubins - Observatoire des Alpes 12 min, the Rond-point de la Princesse at 7 min, the Croix des Salles (at 19 min by car) and many more. In the summer, don't miss the Biotope lake for a swim while during the winter you will also have several ski resorts namely: Les Portes du Mont Blanc 6 min by car, the Cordon Ski Area - Ski Lifts 15 min away, the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Ski Area 24 min.

Combloux has all the character of an authentic Haute-Savoie village nestled at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif.
