The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. Pierre & Vacances Premium Arc 1950 Le Village

Recommend staying here

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed. Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly. Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well. Shop nearby good pricing given location. Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "
