「Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider renting this cabin again. The location was peaceful, the mountain views were beautiful, and the amenities made for a very relaxing experience.Communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive, accommodated an early check-in, and quickly handled reservation changes when our group size increased. The cabin was exceptionally clean, well furnished, and stocked with nearly everything we needed. Minor maintenance items...

「Great house! Will stay again!」

「A magical farm you won't want to leave! Plenty of room to roam and sit outside to enjoy nature during the day. At night we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub under the lit pergola. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed and loved that we had the option for A/C or a fan and that we could open the "garage" door on the unit for fresh air if we wanted. And finally, the best part of Alpine South, the family who runs it. They make you feel like you're staying with old friends from the moment...

「Lovely lakeside home (across a quiet street from the lake, but with access to a dock) near Tryon and Landrum. Spacious home with everything needed for a stay. Wonderful, responsive host.」

「This place is beautiful and amazing, even better than described! Our big family had a great time together and spread out, and the lake was so much fun with the kayaks and paddleboards provided. We played board games when it thundered and enjoyed ping pong tournaments together. We did not get a chance to enjoy any of the free tickets, sadly my phone went in the lake on day 1 (oops) and you are pretty remote out here. Saw the Milky Way! We all got some good legwork on all the long stairway to the...

「Our overall impression of this place can be summed up in two words; absolutely amazing! These mountain retreats are a retreat in so many ways. The views are spectacular. I’m not a morning person, but I set the alarm for a little before sunrise and was not disappointed. We did beautiful time lapsed videos both days and it is almost surreal knowing you are just a few miles from Saluda, and yet you feel you’re being given your personal view to the calm and awe inspiring sunrise. And the dawn chorus...

「With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. But not ultra technical gadgets to complicated to use. We had an awesome time! Will stay again if available. Quiet neighborhood...

「Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything」

「I was a bit concerned when we booked this property because there were no reviews. It ended up being a wonderful place to stay with more beds than originally mentioned. Glad we booked it.」

「A beautifully decorated house. Very private. Close to downtown Hendersonville. Also convenient to DuPont State Forest, home of Triple Falls, hiking trails…something for everyone. We found the home and location perfect for a quiet getaway. We would stay again.」
