Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. 7 minutes to The Shoe/Schott/Blue Jackets. The James/Riverside/Grant/OSU medical nearby
The space
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a sleek glass tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Suburban Columbus retreat

I stayed at this cute apartment for a week while I worked at OSU. It’s just under 10 minutes to the campus in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. It would have been nice to have had a blanket in addition to the comforter readily accessible/available during the winter months, and a box of tissues in the bathroom. He thought of everything else, though.
