The check-in process was smooth and simple. I appreciate that especially since it was late at 10pm and check out at 3 am was just as smooth. The staff was friendly and no one bothered me during my stay to clean the room, trying to get in around my schedule. The beds are soft and oversized like a cloud. I had jet lag and slept so well.

My experience was a goood one. The room was clean and peaceful and the hotel itself is cenrally located near the best eating and shopping options. The care and concern of the staff made everything even better.

Quality at an affordable place 👌

This hotel offers quality at an affordable price. The rooms are clean, quiet and refreshingly livable. You get more than what. You pay for here. The location I stayed at is Columbus' best kept secret. Great staff and the janitors are always on duty. 😉👌

Clean, quiet rooms and great location.

The hotel is a great help because it is centrally located near the shopping areas I like and there are at least 3 buses that can get me across the city. The hotel room itself was clean and quiet and this allowed me to relax, recharge and unwind. My overall experience was positive and this will keep me coming back. Great job. 😉👍

I arrived and wish demanded a different room. No lights worked, unclean room. Compared to other motels in area this one has not stood to other motels value and cleanliness. Was kept awake by parking lot load talk and security poor. Customer service just good for letting you check-in and let me know where the spoons would be for creamer for coffee. Can eat nearby .

Check was quick and easy. The room was disgusting. There was a screw on the headboard right where your head would be, I killed 3 cockroaches and a spider in the room. On the floor there was old food, garbage, and dead bugs behind the nightstand. The blankets had numerous burn holes on them. The sheets appeared clean. Slept with only a sheet on. The door had been damaged a few times and lock geld on by a small screw. Used the chair and my luggage to barricade the door closed. The towels had stains on them from makeup or blood? This was a pretty rough place.

Do not stay here!!!

I did not stay. I checked in, walked into the room and walked right back out to tell the front desk I was leaving. The room was digisting. Not clean. Smelled like cat pee and marijuana. I demanded a refund which I was told I would receive in 5 business days. Do not be tricked by the pictures of this property!! Totally false advertisement. The whole place is disgustingly dirty from the lobby to the rooms.

Get what u pay for!

It’s cheap, the beds are comfortable and the tv was a 32” Samsung good picture. There was a single cockroach that made an appearance. Blah!

I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some of the other guests seemed a bit concerning. It made the overall atmosphere feel less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can address this aspect to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.

So first of all those Hotel agents put us in the back of the hotel on the second floor where it looks like the migrants and the residents live but it was overlooking a pool but a non-functioning empty pool one of the so-called great amenities that this hotel had to offer as we open the door to the room and turn the lights on WE surprised the roaches who in turn surprised us having no other recourse we were forced to leave but we did Shake our shoes before we did the place was horrible, the crackheads and migrants walking around all over the place looking at you and giving you the stink eye a terrible experience don't go there I don't care how much they charge.

This Windham is not representative of the franchise. It is run down. False advertisement: no breakfast, no hair dryer, coffee maker, paper cups, ironing board, iron in the room. No hook for hanging wet towels on the door. Shower curtains were not properly assembled. Health and safety hazards: broken and chipped bedframe , unhinged coat hanger unit in front of bathroom, lamp improperly assembled caused electrocution. Positive side: Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable.
