「The Gateway Motel was recommended by a friend and my stay in Meridian was incredible ! The Motel staff and owner made me feel comfortable as soon as l checked in. The views of the mountains, the aroma of the flowers from the second story…. reminded me that, lm on vacation. I really enjoyed the sauna on a cool rainy evening!!
Motel is within walking distance of the Meridian downtown that has a variety of restaurants and local artisans shops. Screemers is a must see !! Check out Kootenay Rafting...

「Stayed here for 2 nights.... place was quaint. 2 levels of accommodations. We stayed in the "Hippie Hut", in the Bunkies Village. Simple. Quiet. Clean. Facilties were pretty good for a camp like experience. The fire pit GIGANTIC. Whimsical names and Jim's Gym was pretty impressive. Thank you! 」
「Stayed there with my friends for a photo trip and it was the best part. We stayed in the cabin so all had our own beds. That place had everything you could want for a nice Banff stay… maybe except a TV … we needed to watch our twilight saga … WiFi might also be a bit hard to get but not a dealbreaker at all… plus you would get off your phone anyways hahah 」
「Exceptional views! Walking path right outside your private patio gate beside the Kicking Horse River. Several great restaurants 2-5 min walk. Room is spacious with lots of extras. Heated bathroom floors, under sink lighting, cold drinks and sweet treats. And very clean! 」
「This motel is located between Lake Louise and Revelstoke. I went to Moraine Lake and climbed to Sentinel Pass. Golden has some restaurants including Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. Also there are several food stores and liquor shops. 」
