Short breakfast hours, nothing freshly cooked, only premade stuff, and they couldn’t find my reservation by name or confirmation number upon arrival. The room size was nice, but had to reorganize the furniture to pull out the sofa-bed, and the table was permanently damaged/dirty. The place was okay, but I personally wouldn’t choose to go back…

Staff was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about property and surrounding area. Gave us recommendations on where to dine . Property was clean and had many amenities. Two pluses that were a pleasant surprise they provide games upon request at the front desk and many household items . The breakfast was pretty good as well and coffee is available all day . The hosts was very attentive and kept the breakfast area clean . Would ask how we were doing and if we needed anything else

While our overall visit was enjoyable, the problem arose when we received our credit card bill. There was a charge for $7.50 which we knew wasn't ours. A phone call to the motel was very frustrating and unprofessional. He insisted that we had charged something from the marketplace. We did NOT. He promised a manager would call us within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened. We finally called the motel back after about five days and spoke directly to someone who said they were a manager. She said someone had used our room number to charge something to our card and that she would have the amount credited to our card within 48 hours. That has not happened. The problems here are that someone was allowed to use our room number to charge something without showing proper identification; that the first person we talked to insisted we had made the purchase; that we never received a call back from the manager as promised; and that our card was not credited as promised.
