"Clean room and quiet"

"The full size beds that they advertise at queens were horrible. "

"Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"I booked and paid for a room with two queens. The hotel did not have that available yet kept my reservation and placed me in a king. I explained that I needed two beds for my 3 person stay and I wanted the room I reserved and already paid for. They would not accommodate my reservation and I had to wait for a refund and look for another hotel at night"

"Clean large room with sofa. For the $$$ charged...you would think there would be a coffee pot in the room. We could not take part in the 630a breakfast as my husband had to check in the surgery center before 6a. "

"No pool, restaurant closed kitchen 40 minutes before 10pm and stated upstairs served food which was to also serve food but was all rented out so no food at 9:20p.m on the dot. Bs"

"We booked this room with handicap access and it was better than any motel room I've stayed in. The room was clean, the shower was easily accessible and the staff was welcoming. On a scale of 1-5 this is easily a 10!"
