「The property was okay, nothing special but not dirty or anything like that. The reason I gave it a 3 star mostly is because upon returning to our room after a days outing my moms bed was made up nicely but mine was not. When I inquired about this the front desk told me I probably had personal items on the bed. I did not. We also were not given new paper cups for coffee in the morning. Maybe the help was having an off day.」

「During our stay, we observed that some guests were smoking in the corridor. Unfortunately, this also occurred during the early morning hours between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Due to a small gap between the main entrance door and the door frame, smoke entered our room, causing significant discomfort to all occupants, including young children.
