The staff here are excellent, nothing is too much. They all spoke perfect English, and really helpful. Davide and Niccolò on the front desk were especially helpful with local advice and help organising how to get around. The room was very clean and everything worked well, outdoor and indoor pools were really nice and warm (even in late October)
