Guests will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed at the rental home or on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $1,000.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges.
