The hotel is located in a re-purposed industrial complex. The hotel is new, the rooms are modern and clean. They offer a good breakfast.

God hotel but sauna only open 4h a day.

Good hotel good breakfast beautiful hotel. Strange the sauna is only open from 17-21h because it is a big hotel. One of 2 coffee machines broken so a long queu there.

Please ensure you get a confirmation of reservation from Expedia for any bookings. Their system failed to provide one, the reservation was forgotten as a result and the hotel applied charges. Expedia subsequently refused to accept any liability and left me £400 out of pocket. Shocking service.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abgelegen, so dass ich trotz Anfahrt mit dem Taxi Probleme hatte, es zu finden. Ansonsten war alles top, vom reichhaltigem Frühstück über super Personal, Klimaanlage, bis hin zu sauberen Zimmern mit bequemen Betten.

Das Hotel war OK, würde es aber nicht mehr buchen. Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Sauna und der Mini Gym Bereich sind gut. Lage und Frühstück haben mir aber nicht gefallen.

Modern en comfortabel hotel met ruim aantal oplaadplekken voor elektrische auto. Daardoor erg geschikt voor op doorreis. Ontbijt is goed met voldoende keuze. Schone kamers.

Sehr schick, aber Servicedefizite

Das Hotel Leskanpark liegt außerhalb in Dellbrück in einem Gewerbegebiet, ist daher nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Das Hotel ist neu, Topzustand, von der direkt daran gelegenen Haltestelle Köln-Dellbrück bekommt man durch die gute Isolierung nichts mit und hat dadurch grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Anbindung nach Köln über die S11. Defizite gibt es allerdings im Service, sowohl beim Check in wie auch an der Bar war man nicht gerade auf Zack, die Kommunikation bisweilen etwas schwierig.
