こじんまりとしたホテルだが、フロントの対応がよく、とても静かだった。また、チョコレート博物館まで至近距離。

ロケーションが最高！

総合的には、満足できる宿でした。やや、建物全体は古い作りのため、部屋内部の壁など汚れた部分があったりしました。また、設備として冷蔵庫がなかったり、歯ブラシが用意してなかったりした点はマイナス。ただ、なんといってもライン川のリバーサイドに位置している点や、ケルン中央駅から徒歩圏内であるというロケーションや、建物全体の持つヨーロッパらしい雰囲気は、最高。また、朝食が非常に美味しくてこれも素晴らしいと思います。また、泊まりたいと思う宿でした。

危険

便利な立地でスタッフの対応もよく（夜勤スタッフは今一つだが）、部屋も期待よりよかった。と言いたいところだが、チェックアウトの日の朝、シャワーから出てバスマットに乗った途端、足の裏に痛みが走り、見たところ細かいガラスの破片がマット上とその周りに落ちていた。恐らくバスルーム内でグラスを割って一応掃除はしたのであろうがいい加減だったため残ったものと思われる。よく見るとバスルームから出てすぐの絨毯の上にも散った細かい破片がキラキラ光っていた。今まで泊まったどんな安いホテルでもこのような危険な状態に遭ったことはないので驚くばかり。バスルームで裸足になれないような怪我の危険があるホテルは立地やサービスがどれだけ良くてももう泊まることはない。

ケルン中央駅から至近。旧市街。隣にクナイプ(居酒屋)。

ホテルスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、部屋も清潔感があり、ドイツの素朴な雰囲気が出ている落ち着くホテルでした。オススメです。

ホテルの造りは古く、宿泊だけだと物足りないが、朝食のバイキングが種類が豊富で良い思い出にしてくれる。

Nice hotel with a friendy staff. The breakfast was excellent with a fresh orange juice press which was also fun to use. The beds comfortable , a clean and complete bathroom with all the stuff you might need and nice view at on the river. What would we ask more. All things we wanted to see where on walking distance

We waren hier voor een bezoek aan de Kerstmarkten. Hotel was daar centraal in gelegen. De afstand tot de markten was gemiddeld 600 meter. Verder werd eennkeurig ontbijt verzorgd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

The rooms are excellent, clean, large, well lit, and well appointed. The location and view we had to the Rhine was good and the staff were polite, efficient and engaging. In terms of value for money and quality I could not fault this Hotel.

I was staying in this hotel for Anuga show. I've been lucky to stay in this hotel because it has its German charm and also is centrally located. it's 10-15 min drive by taxi to the Koln Messe, or two stops by tram or 30 min walk. Rooms were quite spacious with good beds. I would recommend this hotel

Great location right across from the river with views and close to all the attractions in a walkable distance. clean and newly renovated rooms. Wonderful reception staff very helpful, warm and professional.

Cologne Christmas Market Weekend

Great hotel in perfect location. We picked this hotel mostly due to cost and we were not disappointed! It was very clean, all staff really friendly, functional rooms and lovely breakfast. Would definitely return.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer top, wenn da nicht die Wärme unter dem Dach gewesen wäre. Trifft aber ja auch nur an heißen Tagen zu. Insgesamt ne klare Empfehlung!

Sehr geehrter Herr Rupert, leider hat uns Corona in den Renovierungsarbeite gestoppt und somit mussten wir alle Arbeiten stoppen. Wir werden aber weitermachen und auch bald in die anderen Zimmer noch eine Klimaanlage einbauen lassen, obwohl dies im eigentlichen Sinne umwelttechnisch gesehen nicht vorteilhaft wäre. Wir als Hotelbetreiber müssen auch auf die Umweltaspekte achten und abschätzen ob es sinnvoll ist für zwei Monate im Jahr eine energiefressende Kühlung in einem Zimmer nachzurüsten. MfG

Hallo, das Zimmer war absolut ok. Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster konnte man auf Grund des Strassenlärms auch nicht öffnen. Dies ist natürlich bei über 30° nicht so toll. Zudem hatten wir am 2. Tag keine Handtücher mehr, da die gebrauchten mitgenommen wurden und es wohl vergessen wurde neue hinzulegen :-(

Excellent stay and location

We had an apartment which was so spacious. Couldnt fault the room. Had everything we needed. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didnt get told is we needed to tell them if we wanted fresh bedding or towels but for a 2 night stay this didnt bother us. Excellent location.

Over all good. But there’s no even tea service. They said because of standard room. I wish I could have a cup of tea at my room in the morning. I paid for tea all the way down to lobby.

Impressively good.

Apartment was clean, well furnished and spacious. A great location for the Christmas markets. Staff were extremely helpful, spoke excellent English. Breakfast was simply amazing, one of the best I have ever had at a hotel, almost an attraction in itself!

Micro bathroom

First the good, lovely location by the Rhine with nice walks along the banks, 5 minute walk into town. Fantastic staff very informative. The average.Our room was overlooking the Rhine with a comfortable bed but the pillows as we noticed in the 3 hotels we stayed, while in Germany are very soft and you only get 1 each ! Also you would think at this time of the year (October) the heating would be on, this was not the case in the Allergo, we had to get someone from reception to bleed the radiator, not what I expect from a hotel of this standard. The bad, Micro bathroom the smallest space we have ever seen in a bathroom the shower millimetres away from the toilet, made the act of showering difficult, Liquid shower gel in a bottle on the floor, no shelf - nook or cranny to put items on while showering, very compact.
