Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. "Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. "Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. "We booked to stay here for 3 weeks in August. The road must have worsened a lot since the photos and descriptions were put on the website. The last 25 minutes to the property is on a gravel track with huge holes and steep inclines. It really needs a 4x4. Each time it rains more of the road is washed away. The rain also came in through the doors, windows and chimneys of the property making large puddles inside. 2 days after we arrived we had no water at all for 1 week. Fabio offered to let us...
