This delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is perfect for families or groups, comfortably sleeping 10-12 people. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with cozy queen beds, while the master suite boasts a luxurious king bed for ultimate comfort.

🛋️ COMMON AREAS:
Step inside to an open-concept living area that seamlessly flows into an additional bonus sitting or play area, making it an ideal space for hosting gatherings. The house is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

🌳 BACKYARD:
The spacious backyard is a true highlight, featuring lots of space for kids to run around and large shaded areas for folks to relax and enjoy.

🍳 KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with double ovens, a Keurig, a coffee maker, and even a margarita machine for those fun evenings in.

💦 WATER SYSTEM:
You'll also find a filtration system throughout the house, ensuring that all sinks, showers, and drinking water are filtered, which really helps with the hard water in College Station.

🍿 ENTERTAINMENT & EXERCISE:
For entertainment, we've got you covered with a variety of fun and popular board games, a pack and play for the little ones, and outdoor games and sports equipment including baseball gear, scooters, a toddler bike, football, frisbee, volleyball, and a parachute.
