We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. "Excellent location near the train station 10 minute walk. Centrally located in Treviso. The apartment is very modern and renovated. Very clean! The 2bedroom apartment plus a sofa bed in the bathroom was perfect for us. We also had 1 full bath (shower and toilet) and then a half-bath (toilet/sink). The kitchen was great. Also came with washing/drying 2 in 1 machine. It came with large fridge. It was a fantastic stay and very glad we chose to stay here. "

"We (small family with two kids 4y / 6y) had the luck to stay a week in the guesthouse Rita. Everything was great and the house was awesome! The huge living / cooking room had all stuff we needed! The bedrooms had great beds and lots of space for all clothes we had. The bath was big and had a great shower! All rooms have an air con! Antonio and his wife took care of all our needs in a very friendly way. Highly recommended! Many thanks for everything!"

"Lucy's house is located in a great place. It is peaceful area, with only one neighbouring house. There is wonderful view over the valley with vineyards. We spent most of the time in the garden. House is traditional stone wall building with all the facilities you typically need.Lucy is a great person that is very helpful and friendly.Definitely recommend for people looking for quiet and relaxing place."

"The House is as the pictures shows. The place and surroundings breath quietness, smells pure after a rainy night. The hosts Sussy and Steffano are very nice and helpfull. They are available at any moment, give you tips for daytrips and of course the restaurants and prosecco winery. The can tell you the history of the house and place as well while having a smaal walk to the top of the hill. Excellent place to be!"

"Non conoscevo il paese di Mura di Valmarino ed avevo scelto questo alloggio per passare qualche giorno con mia madre, i miei fratelli e le mie nipoti.Ho scoperto questo piccolo borgo con molto fascino, non caotico o commerciale.L’appartamento è tutto in legno, pulitissimo, nuovo e arredato con gusto , tutto perfetto Ci ha accolto il proprietario Antonello cortese e disponibile. Mais, nous sommes étonnés que, vu le standing, il n'y avait pas de lave vaisselle, difficile de cuisiner : peu de couverts, pas d'econome, pas de plats creux pour les pates ou la salade, cafetière desuette, balai cassé, pour nous, L'appartement a besoin d'une renovation. The listing said 10 minute walk to city central but gps maps had 30 minutes. It is walkable but the fact is the information in the listing is false and not what we expected. "

"This is a characterful property set overlooking lovely views of the river Sile and apart from occasional traffic noise is very peaceful. We found the staff very welcoming. Although registration is not until after 15.00 we were able to leave our bags in Reception when we arrived earlier so we could explore the town and find somewhere for lunch. The entrance is by a buzzer on a door at the side of the building just beyond the cafè and once you are buzzed inside the accommodation is on the third floor. Our room was in the front left corner with lovely views over the river and was very spacious. Everything was clean and tidy and a kettle and selection of teas is provided. There is a slope on the floor which was not a problem but watch the little step into the bathroom at night! The twin beds were very comfortable and quilts are provided for added warmth which we found very useful. Altogether a charming place to stay the night and highly recommended. "

"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
