Abby, Juan Jose (reception) made me feel welcome very kind and friendly, Olga (housekeeper) always made sure everything was clean and nothing was needed. Hotel is is in a very good location, walking distance from main streets in Colima.

Nice hotel for the price

The staff is friendly but just one speaks English a bite . It thanks google translate Room is very clean and bed comfortable Only one think was not good I booked my night with Hotel .com with a good price and when I payed it’s was not the same price but higher. I think they charged me the full price and not the price from Hotel . Com. Next time I will pay directly by card and no I the hotel 😏

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. They accused me of taking a hand towel that they did not place in the room. I show them my bags I proved to them I did not take it. I’ve never I. My life take anything from a hotel room. They were pretty inflexible and rude. I ended up pay for it. It was it much, like $2 but the fact that they did not check and acuse me of doing something I did not do, it’s very upsetting

My room didn’t get cleaned. I had to asked for sheets to change my bed. No clean towels, no soap or disposable cups. When I checked out. I turned in the key they told me not to leave. The front desk person raidio the maid to check the room to see if anything was missing… that is an insult. I’m not coming back to them. I don’t recommend it to any of my friends.
