You will be staying in a 2-room semi-detached house with an area of 45 square meters, spread over two levels. The bright, modern and tastefully furnished living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed and a dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You can access the terrace from the living area. There is also a shower and a toilet on the same level. The upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, has an open room with sloping ceilings and two French beds (140 cm). This room has an exit leading to a balcony and the terrace. The floors are made of parquet.

The property offers a balcony, a 10 square meter partially roofed terrace, a 16 square meter terrace, a garden, and a lawn area.
