"Had the room for a couple of days. Put up Do Not Disturb sign on door, they entered anyways to clean room, then didn't even give us clean towels, since they were already in there."

"The room was VERY CLEAN. Amy (check-in) was EXTREMELY professional, very nice, and made my check-in smooth. I am normally hesitant about the beds, but everything in this room was SPOTLESS. I was even a little nervous at first because I saw a LOT of foreign workers, but Amy explained the situation and made me feel completely at peace about my stay. It was in an area that was near food and shopping. I would definitely have no problem staying there again."

"We chose this hotel for its indoor pool for the kids. It was being painted and no notice was given. We could have saved over half by booking a hotel with no indoor pool and kids were disappointed on their spring break trip so this was a big letdown for us. There were ants on the upholstered chair. Otherwise everything was great"

"Staff were extremely friendly but cleanliness of building was poor. The weight room equipment was bad, the eliptical was broken and had missing weights. Dinning area was very tidy and clean for breakfast though which I appreciated and food was delicious."
