"Perfect location near downtown Placerville and not far from the start of the Apple Hill region. Everything was outstanding! Owners were very nice and Sandra, the Owner’s sister checked on us to ensure our stay was going well. It’s a nice, quiet, quaint cottage and met our needs very well. We enjoyed the private deck next to the fountain and pond with some wine one evening. Highly recommend! "

"The house appears to be a cheaply done flip. On the surface, it looked nice enough, but buyer beware, the bones need to be fixed. Multiple electrical outlets are non-functional, the floors are uneven, and the grout in the showers is already failing. Yes, the hose is up for sale. "

"We had a fantastic stay over the Fourth of July weekend! The house was even nicer than the photos—clean, spacious, and very well stocked with everything we needed. It was a quick, easy drive from the Bay Area, and the location was perfect for relaxing and exploring. We saw deer right outside, enjoyed kayaking at nearby Jenkinson Lake, and loved using the community pool. Kathleen was friendly and very responsive. This was the perfect weekend getaway spot—we’d definitely stay again!"
